Often we are reluctant to try therapy if we think it will involve reliving past trauma or negative experiences. However, positive desired changes can be achieved in our life without needing to relive old negative experiences.
EFT (emotional freedom Technique) makes it possible to achieve dramatic and positive results quickly and cost effectively. According to the EFT foundational statement, “The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system”. Thus, a thought or memory may trigger such a disruption and be experienced as physical, psychological or emotional pain.
Using EFT we are able to discard fears, phobias, traumatic memories, anger, guilt, grief and all other limiting emotions. Often even the most severe negative emotions vanish in minutes!

Unresolved emotional Trauma underlies much disease, removing that layer of trauma opens the doors to healing. Often profound physical healings take place when emotional issues are resolved.

EFT can be part of a combination of therapies I use to assist clients in their journey to wellness or as a stand alone therapy.
What is Inner RePatterning?
Inner RePatterning is a simple approach to healing. It does not require that you analyse, understand or talk about your problem.
Instead it uses the power of intention combined with a state of pure awareness (presence) in order to set about a natural healing response. It is an approach that works in line with the quantum nature of the universe.
It is easy to learn. It is simple to use, although depending on the degree of issue involved, it may require the assistance of an experienced therapist.
It is a respectful approach in that it does not need a person to go into the detail of telling the story of their problem.
It can be gentle as it does not require a person to connect with their feelings in order for it to work. If emotions do come up (which is not a common experience), they are accepted as just part of what is happening and then released.
History of Inner Repatterning
Inner RePatterning was developed by Tania A Prince and June K Spencer. It stems from EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). It was also inspired by NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and by the work of Eckhart Tolle and Larry Nimms the developer of BSFF (Be Set Free Fast).
Tania and June have worked with thousands of clients with a multitude of different issues, ranging from the simple, such as phobias to the more complex borderline personality disorder. Inner RePatterning is a summation of the knowledge and experienced they gained during this time.
